Weekend Trip 2 - Bintan

Short weekend overnite trip to Bintan for our poly group's annual bday affair.

After a not-so-bad-45-min-ferry ride, and abt 10 min bus ride, we reached our resort. Banyu Biru~

Had to wait for check-in, so we made our way to the restaurant for some aircon while waiting.





Had to buggy over to our bungalow.. Pretty scary riding pillion over humps.

We actually 1)Din utilise the beach cos everyone was hiding from the sun, 2)Din go around Bintan island, just staying in the bungalow for the aircon, 3)Din go for any activities as well..

We spent the whole afternoon playing bridge while waiting for dinner time.



Not an easy game for me. Too mind boogling..

Went for dinner at the kelong. A whole 10 min bus ride away..








Weather forecast

This was the night the news coverage had the passing of Mrs LKY and had the few of us glued to Channelnewsasia for a while till we switched to some TW variety show and there's some ghost stories going on...

Bad bad for resort stay...

Slight drizzle the next morning. Took a walk to the beach while the girls are preparing breakfast and I dunno how I could help..







After breakfast and some snacking, we're going back to SG. Very very short trip..



But a good way to rot your mind away. HAHA! So long as you're not playing bridge..
